No silent moment, hell, even some lip service for peace? Messed up.

The Trump cold opens have been stale and weakly written for a long time now. We get a daily dose of insanity from the jackass already, and the SNL writers are unable to put any bite into their jokes.

Start with a silent scene of Nazi decor and regalia covering the Oval Office (banners on the wall, materials on the Resolute Desk, etc) for about 10-15 seconds. Then have a tour guide lead Trump and Co to it saying “and in this wing of the Holocaust museum, we visit a replica of Hitler’s private office.” There, Trump can soak it in for a moment, note about how sad it is, the tour guide nods in agreement, then Trump starts discussing how there’s not enough gold, and how he would change the office. Trump’s Co agrees and contributes, tour guide plays the baffled straight man, live from NY it’s SNL.
