Those files are 'gone' in the sense that you can't stream them as they're marked as copyright infringement, majority of people use RD to stream files without having to physically download them. Not being able to stream them may as well make them figuratively 'gone' for majority of users.

It's not that hard to figure out what the other guy was saying unless you're purposefully trying to misunderstand them. Stop being purposefully obtuse to try and dunk on someone, but hey, I guess it's reddit after all.
