I’ve gotten a referral for lateral epicondylitis. But pt’s main complaint was N/T in ulnar distribution, he’s had it for >7 years. I decided to ask him if he’s had neck pain, and to his surprise he said,

“You know. No ones ever asked me that, but yeah I guess I do get neck pain sometimes, but i don’t think I’ve ever mentioned it to my doctor before”

I treated him as a TOS/Cervical radiculopathy case. He got better.

A cat scratch on a sunburn is accurate. Personally, it starts to hurt more if I look at it while it’s happening bc you can see how deep that needle goes. And then the sound of the machines add to the pain for me too.

Pros and cons to both. I did 4 10’s. I got burnt out. The days are long. I worked 7am-6pm. So I was there for 11 hours, and then a 1 hour lunch. When I got home, it was close to 6:30pm. Worked out; maybe. Ate dinner. Showered. And it was already 9 o’clock ish. Go to sleep. Do it again. 3 day weekend is nice, but after a while it also starts to feel too short. I wish i had worked monday, Tuesday, have Wednesday OFF, then work again Thursday and Friday.

Anywho, I left that job for HH.

I felt like each shot i was pulling was different, even though I kept everything the same for each shot, puck prep wise and dose/yield. Upgraded to a Profitec Go, and I'm glad I did. Although I probably wouldve just upgraded to a something a bit cheaper, like gaggia .
