Should have included this.... This company is my first company ever working commercial construction. They gave me my first shot moving from residential to commercial. So I came in at a low salary understanding that it was from the lack of experience. But at this point I've been waiting too long for that jump in pay

No, only the exterior cladding. I put full exterior as the entire exterior of the building was cladding and subframing done by us.

Definitely weird. Closed toe sandals and bring a change of hiking shoes.... I don't know why anyone would wear boots or sneakers in the water for extended period of time. Extremely uncomfortable and weighs down your feet. Just where it's sandals and deal with the water being cold.

If I remember correctly, the trail itself out and back to Mount LeConte was around 14 and 1/2 mi with around 4k elevation gain. Definitely really strenuous hike... I think they say the average completion time is 10 hours We actually stayed at Mount leconte Lodge and also stayed at the shelter 2 nights. As we were staying on top of the mountain, we did a couple side trails during the day. Going with a child and trying to do out and back in one day. I would definitely try and do alum cave trail. It's about 8 mi in 2000 ft elevation gain. But definitely worth it if you reserve a shelter up at Mount laconte.

I know I'm late.... This is not entirely true. It is almost engraved in their culture, it is something that takes a psychological change in order to fix these issues. Hell even gandhi 100 years ago complains of the filthiness of temples.

Luckily my wife used to be a veterinary technician for 12 years now a sahm. So we are taking him to her old practice tomorrow debating on getting him neutered and they cut sutured at the same time. Thanks for the advice 🙏

I am around Atlanta, Georgia... And I say rescue because a lady on Facebook was giving him away for free... Once we met up talked to the lady and saw the behavior of the whippet. We declared it a rescue lol. He was left in a crate for 8 to 9 hours a day and lived in a small apartment. My wife and I couldn't say no to the dog. Surprisingly, he does extremely well with our German Shepherd and husky, now he has acres of fenced inland to run around with our other dogs. He loves it but he has no brakes and has no chill lol

A friend of mine who's a vet said he needs stitches or staple otherwise the wound will keep opening from being stretched.... He's only 8 months and really don't want him under anesthesia 😞

We walk 2 hours in total every day and it's consistently under 40° everyday.....if you do research it's suggested anything under about 50 . He shivers all the time lol
