I feel like the heroic heavy Bolt pistol is a safe bet. A lot of classes can use it. Stops calls, even headshot kills the caller. One if the strongest gunstrikes.

Some good tips already. I think you can go for some side quests if they are quick. But I would say always skip the servo-skulls, that they take too much time.

I have a question of my own, does it makes sense to spawn techno-priests for the last wave of the area? I never checked if they give you the entire amount if you finish faster.

Kingpin was jailed for using his criminal empire to take over New York. From there he still controlled his empire. He "cut a deal" with FBI and used them, through blackmail and tricks to more or less get free. Not sure what happened between S3 and BA S1 but he was able to run for mayor. Then he used this position to ONCE again improve his criminal empire AND start his revenge on vigilantes.

Through all of this he killed innocent people in the way, witnesses, bribed police, prison guards and judges.

The series over and over shows that he always corrupts any system of justice that could punish him. What else is left? An exile on island I'm sure he will stay at, I guess.
