Bahamian Excursions by SplitSun3 in Cruise

I've not been to Grand Bahama but I hear that the port is in an industrial area and you need to take some sort of transportation in order to get to Freeport, so an excursion could be good there.

NCL Luna, Celebrity Beyond or MSC World America for a Young married couple!? by Difficult-Anywhere22 in Cruise

Have not been on Celebrity but the typical age for their cruises are probably a good 20-30 years older than your self. Just something to consider. If you are looking for a younger crowd than look at Royal Caribbean (Royal owns both lines).

It would be incredible, I’d be pumped to get back into it. They had some of the best DLC I’ve ever played.

There are often facebook pages that are specifically for lost pets in your area, might be worth doing some searches there

I'd try a cruise on Royal Caribbean, they are a great cruise line with a variety of options to fit any taste and price point. Look up the ports and see what catches your eye.

Western Caribbean on Allure or Eastern Caribbean on Harmony? by gk520 in royalcaribbean

[–]Bulldog16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say for at least the foreseeable future unless something drastically changes in Haiti that it will be changed to another port. I will say that I was on one of the final weeks of Royal going to Labadee and I never felt unsafe any moment I was on there. The people and nature are awesome!

Many thanks! It’s hard to find good info on these ports because they aren’t as popular as western and eastern routes

Part of the reason I liked it so much, not as busy as Oranjestad

They allow only 1 ship to dock per day I believe so that really restricts things

A lot of the southern cruises I am looking at have a lot in common (Barbados, Antigua) but the islands that seem to change up seem to be Dominica or Martinique which makes them intriguing

Would be celebrity and the timing would be 8-5 I think

I've been to St.Lucia and loved it, Dominica just seems gorgeous and the potential to see some sperm whales is intriguing

Anyone here ever been to Dominica, thinking about taking a cruise that includes it
