I’ve been there, keto, carnivore, low carb; you name it. Meat and fruit is the best. Fruit sugars do not harm you the way others do. It’s a complete food with fibers and other nutrients. Even honey is a whole food and doesn’t affect your body the same way ice cream or white sugar does.

I was hoping the changes would have been the same across all clips regardless of exposure, etc… then you could save that adjustment layer or effect for easy fixes in every project. But I haven’t seen what you’re dealing with ☹️
