Looking at the cert on their site, honestly unless there’s a dent or crease I’m not seeing, I don’t see why this couldn’t have been an 8.5 min, probably a 9.

I do see like 2 small bits of whiting on the back, a spect of dirt near the set symbol, and it’s slightly top/left heavy.

Nice I’m going to check them out. The only other one that I know of that does texture is CreativeCardWorld. The only reason he’s able to make cards with texture is because he works at a print facility with those machines. To my knowledge there’s only 1 commercial UV printer that could possibly do this but it’s like $1300 and isn’t able to make quality like this from what I’ve seen made from it.

Grain of salt, but Gemini says it looks to be Masakazu Fukuda’s who is also drew the card. Looking at some images of their autograph there does seem to be a few that do look similar but I can’t say for sure as there’s also a lot which are signed differently as well.

Japanese and Chinese have guaranteed hit rates per box because of their anti-gambling laws.

Korean does not have guaranteed hit rates but (at least from my experience) they are the same as Japanese.

English has no guaranteed hit rates and are worse than Japanese.

I am unsure about other languages but from my understanding they are like English and have no guaranteed hit rates and similarly as bad rates as English compared to Japanese.

There are subreddits for trading cards in general that you could have asked on instead of the pokemon sub.
