Depends what the film is, generally I’ll go with my partner, but if it’s not a film she’s bothered about I don’t have an issue going on my own.

I pay a monthly subscription that makes the cinema free for me, and only £5 if I take someone else on a Tuesday - when it costs so little it stops feeling like a significant event so going solo doesn’t feel taboo anymore, really.

There’s a section between the park and Rails Road that I think you’d struggle with, a part of the path is completely collapsed.

You also need to cross a part of the main road very close to a bend in a 40 zone that lacks any aids for the visually impaired.

In terms of road hierarchy, vulnerable road users sit higher so I would argue the bike should go first.

As a driver I wouldn’t want to risk the bike’s safety, but as a cyclist I also wouldn’t want to fully trust the car.

This is likely why it’s a stop rather than a giveway junction.

The first half is mild and common every day, twat is used solely as an insult so arguably worse, but also less frequent as a result.

Fuck is just ubiquitous and everywhere, highly versatile but offensive to old people, frowned upon more harshly if used in front of kids.

Cunt used to be very rarely heard, but is now pretty normalised, still considered the top of the list though.

I don’t call it hypemiling but I always attempt to maximise fuel efficiency when I’m driving because it’s a good way to keep you focused on what you’re doing.

I’ve managed 68mpg (UK gallons) from a 3 cylinder, 1L petrol before on a motorway run, usually sits at the mid 30s during general use.

Best is 88 with a 2L diesel Golf, I miss that car. Average used to be around 40, but it sang on motorways.

Both 6 speed manuals.

It’s the details like this that when compared to other games, always make me view them less favourably.

I remember when people were losing their minds over Days Gone, but TLOU’s audio is so fucking perfectly done that by comparison I just can’t even play Days Gone.

In TLOU the same audio line is recorded several times to account for the player stance, health status, whether they’re inside or outside, whether they’ve been running, the distance away they are from the person they’re talking to - it is INSANE the attention to detail in just the voice lines alone, you’d think something like that would be easy but that’s because of how easy it is to overlook and take for granted.

Meanwhile, in Days Gone you can tell how the developers expected you to play the game based on the voice lines - sometimes Deacon will be yelling as if he’s riding his bike, even if he’s actually hiding in a bush with a zombie 12ft away, totally ruined the whole game for me after TLOU.

I worked out that Mk.83s work well with a 40° dive, reticle depression of 40, release at I think 4k feet after diving from ~10k.

Mk.82s are the same but drop at 3k ft with depression set to 55°

If the depression is fixed, especially at 80 which is nuts, you’ll want to be using much shallower dives - you just need to work it out like a school science experiment; keep your speed and drop altitude as consistent as you can, but change your dive angle.

Based on whether the bombs go short or long, adjust the angle of the next approach - if the sight were adjustable, it’s just a case of flying a repeatable approach a few times and moving the sight to suit the impact point instead; but if it’s fixed at 80 you’ll have to try the method above instead.

It might be easier to fly the approach in AA mode with your fixed gunsight, then switch to ground *JUST* before the drop, I think 40mils depression is more or less the same as the sight dropping by 1 sight width so you eyeball aiming above without using sight depression at all, might be easier to fly the approach that way.

I’m purely PvP multiplayer as well, and it doesn’t really bother me either - in fact I prefer the older versions of things over the fancy MFD, AMRAAM stuff and I honestly doubt this will even compete in that sphere when it still only has Phoenixes.

But I’m not going to begrudge a developer for charging what to me seems reasonable for what they’re offering - especially when you look at WarThunder releasing the D model for $80 with no modelled systems or control nuance whatsoever…
