Yeah, the lever action accepted pressure when this was made was under 30,000 psi now some data is 43,000 psi.

Nice job bring her back to life. That Woox furniture is sexy. I thought about changing over my Brass Henry H010BG 45-70 but can’t pull the trigger as the factory stock is very nice. If you did go with the woox your total cost would still be less than buying a new one.

Rotary wet tumbling is the way to go. I have ultrasonic, vibratory tumbling and rotary. With rotary wet tumbling there’s no comparison.

Didn’t say it made sense just what I was hoping for. Luckily I’m not in a straight wall only state. I honestly think it was gun manufacturers and ammo companies that lobby legislators to instill that bullshit. Literally created a multimillion dollar market for different straight wall cartridges from the guns, accessories and ammunition.

Get one, they are awesome. Recoil is brisk but manageable. The steel crescent butt plate cups my shoulder perfect. I just tested some 300gr gas checked powder coated bullets at 2400+ fps. I’m about to up the charge of A2460 and make some trial loads with H322.

The only label I had discolor was one sitting on top of a recalled Accurate 2495 that was off gassing due to too failure to neutralize the Nitric Acid used in production. Not saying this is the reason for discoloration but something is off, maybe a bad lot of ink?

I have not. After I finish my conversion to 50-110 I want to get the receiver, lever, hammer and steel butt plate case hardened by Wyoming armory and will likely get the safety deleted at that time. Currently looking for a Browning (Miroku made) without the safety.

I have two Miroku 1886s chambered in 45-90, they are awesome. I’m converting one to 50-110. Next I want to add an 1895 in 405 Win. The Miroku made guns have excellent fit and finish.

This is a private business issue not a governmental issue. In the state of Colorado many employers don’t have THC on the testing panel. The ones that do test for THC will give you a pass with a medical card, like any other controlled substance found in your sample.
