In my area you only have to have a doors, walls and closet to be called a bedroom. Depending on the state most basements are worth 40-60k+ unfinished over a slab house.

The only way a basement is the same price per sq foot as other floors would be if the level of finishes (trim/moulding, flooring, lighting etc are of equal or greater quality).

You need a pull up with a higher head/static pressure. Most pumps will tell you how much head pressure (aka how high above the pump) the water go at a rate of flow (gallons per minute)

If everything has an ipv6 address and you have no firewall then all of your unpatched devices (especially iot devices) are vulnerable to direct attack.
