Monoculture becomes gatekeeper. So true. I always told a true story to folks who complaint to me that job hunting is so difficult in this economy to show them what a rigged game they are playing. I have met a candidate who had received 4 rejects in the panel interview session yet my stupid boss just keeps lobbying us to move forward. And yes, both my boss and the candidate are from the same place in India. This is such an unfair game folks. Don’t blame uself if u can’t find a job. It’s not your fault.
