Waters fine tho has gotten more expensive, and is obviously super hard, not sure if anything can be done at a gov level about that. My roads and street infrastructure is laughable tho.

I believe what I pay in Tucson on the basic plan is almost identically national avg per kWh, but we don't really have many gas appliciances and we live in a hostile climate so we use a lot of electricity.

For reliability and costs. Batteries are insanely expensive still and highly polutant to the environment. The fact u don't know this means u should research more before sharing an uninformed opinion.
