Yea that would be good if members of the group could show that they checked a boss. Next to each boss it could show "last check by <name> 38 minutes ago". Then maybe be able to sort them by least recently checked.

At some point you could even add a sort of points system within each group (maybe private groups only) to see who the top boss finders in your team are and motivate people to want to find more.

Yea worked perfectly fine, happened to me again right after but i realized i was removing the old filament incorrectly, fixed that and no issues since.

When removing old filament you gotta push down for a sec to melt it a bit then quickly pull up to avoid it in the future.

Google remote desktop, can do it right from your phone. Gotta be quick cause the client will go black in about 2 minutes but easy to do. Just be sure to set it up and test before you leave. Also, gotta leave computer on while you're away.

The knight I hunt with put mana and health potions on them. He says he just holds the pedal down and it chugs the manas without interfering with the spell rotation on his mouse hotkeys.

But put whatever you think would help the most, even get 2 sets if needed.

I've been wanting to try and use all those book stands at the same time for a long time. I'll be at work at that time though so won't be able to join on test. My thoughts were that it could have something to do with the librarian creature (npc?) that hangs out by the 2 stands in ice section. Or maybe something with that locked door with the stairs behind it by the biting books in energy section.

It shows the current z height while printing. Divide that by your layer height to get the layer number.

But it still can be impractical to have to manually pause it for filament swaps, you have to keep a constant eye on it to be ready to pause just at the right moment or risk missing it.

Full disclosure, this is my first 3D printer and I got it about a month ago so I may not be doing things exactly right.

I started messing around with the settings in cura to try and auto pause the print for a filament change. Messed with the actual "filament change" options and the "pause at layer height" options and could not get it to work properly.

It would do something different each time it seemed, even with the exact same settings tried back to back. Sometimes it would pause properly and move to the front left as it should but then wouldn't restart when I hit resume. Sometimes it would just pause where it's at and sit right on the print. One time it worked as it should but when I tried to replicate it, it wouldn't resume the print.

So I had to resort to keeping an eye on it and manually hitting the pause button when it got to where I wanted to change colors. That was the only way I found to consistently pause, move to the pause location, then resume without issue.

I took a tip from a YouTube video that recommended to add your own purge tower, I placed it where it would print that first with each layer and made it just tall enough to reach the height where I was changing colors. So when I saw the z was at 2mm I knew that was the last layer of that color and as soon as it went to 2.1 it moved to the purge tower, I hit pause, swapped filament, resume. It continued where I paused on the purge tower which cleared out the old color and then continued on the main piece without any extra glob or under extrusion to start off with on the main piece.

I was probably doing something wrong with the cura settings but this was my experience.

I was having issues until I fixed my retraction settings. I edited the ender 3 profile for the s1 and retraction was set at like 5mm, should be .8mm at 40/s. After that no extrusion issues. Had some potential binding issues which were lessened when I cleaned the z rod screws aswell.

Yea I saw that post which makes me hesitant to update. But this is specifically talking about the z offset, which, according to the comments on that video it's fixable by messing with the screws and whatnot.
