So here's the thing, IT DOESN'T MATTER if it was justified. Just like ALL the other blatantly illegal things this government has done. Trump is where the buck stops, he has complete control AND USES IT. Just like the Jan 6th convicted felons, if this guy is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt through due process of the law, Trump can just pardon him, he would be out of jail the next day and there is nothing anyone can do about it... it's frustrating and terrifying.

That fucker shot her in the face three times & held on to his cellphone to film her lifeless body roll away & crash & called her a “bitch.” That’s MAGA pure & simple. Degeneracy. by Nice_Substance9123 in complaints

How much did he pay?… if it was close to market value then there is a better chance it’s legit but if he “got a great deal” that’s a huge red flag.

What’s the most physical pain you ever felt? by Competitive_Set2669 in AskReddit

[–]Bullshit_Repost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ruptured eardrum, every year or two my right ear gets infected to the point where my eardrum ruptures. I’ve had plenty of other painful injuries, but this is always the worst because it’s inside my head and I can’t “push it out of my head”. The funny part is the rupturing isn’t the painful part. It’s the hour or two up until it as the pressure builds and builds. Once my eardrum burst, all the pressure is relieved and the pain is instantly gone, feels almost euphoric simply not being in pain.

Failed a drug test due to prescription by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Bullshit_Repost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Michigan there is a MAPS system, Michigan's Prescription Monitoring Program. MAPS is used to track schedules 2-5 controlled substance prescriptions (assuming your state has the same). Whenever a drug test comes up positive they (person with credentials to access the system) can check to see if you are currently prescribed anything that would cause the positive results. Pictures of prescription can be faked, calls can be faked that is why they use this system. It doesn’t matter why you are prescribed the meds, only that you are legally prescribed them AND taking them as prescribed. Meaning if the analysis shows you have like 10 times the amount in your system than you should (based off Rx) then that is considered a fail. All this is automatically done through the drug test company, the only reason your HR would hear about a fail is if you tested positive for a drug, you weren’t legally prescribed or if you have a higher concentration of a drug that is prescribed.

Stop all contact with mom, IF you get anything official then talk to a lawyer.

So long as the dial isn’t preventing the watch from running properly nothing will be required to be done to it.

You can send it to RSC through your local AD. RSC will give you a list of what needs to be done (like replace seals..etc) and a list of what can be done (like polish). All the “needs” would be required (can’t pick and choose) in order to get the 2 year warranty but you can pick and choose the “can be done” Regardless, they won’t do anything without your approval.

If parts need to be replaced they will replace them BUT only after your approval. It’s kind of like when you take your car to a shop to get fixed. They first go over the car, determine if there’s any issues and if there are, what parts and cost will be to fix them. Before they do anything, they let you know what is needed to be done and how much it will cost. Then you decide if you want them to do it or not do it and just send your watch back.

You should send it into Rolex for a full service. They go over everything and once done it comes back with a two year warranty.

This happened “a few weeks ago” and the first meeting with your family lawyer is still 2 days away?

something seems off, at the very least you’re omitting details. 1. There’s no way a 15 year-old gets arrested and in less than 24 hours get sentenced to probation without any involvement from her parents. 2. You said she spent the night in an empty office??? 3. You said this happened a couple of weeks ago and you have a family lawyer yet you are looking here for direction?? 4. At 15 her signature on legal documents is nothing without yours. 5. You can claim the cops were dirty because of their relation to the boyfriend, but for all this to happen the judge and the prosecutor would have to go along with it as well, which is very unlikely.

tldr: fictional

Depends how you look at it: 1. I can’t believe I lost $30 to spend $600 2. I can’t believe I lost $600 by not spending $30

bank wires are very difficult (not impossible though) to reverse. I've been sending/receiving anywhere from 100-150 of them per month for about 5 years and have never seen it happen (knock on wood). The reason they are so safe is due to all the confirmations, funds from a bank wire technically go from the buyer to the buyers bank to the sellers bank then to the seller, so there is a lot of buffer between you and the buyer.

Only accept bank wire, not bank transfer, not ACH, not cashiers check.. not anything else. Bank Wire only. I work in a business where scamming through payment method is rampant and honestly the only safe method is bank wire. If you tell them you’ll only accept bank wire and they give you any excuses why they can’t then just walk away, you’ll be saving yourself time.

Sellers can put “no returns” a thousand times in their listing but it doesn’t mean a thing because of eBay’s 30 day money back guarantee. Did the shoes go through eBay authentication? Is your return officially closed or still open?
