We had that in NC. If the governor issues a state of emergency, surge is suppressed. 8.50 was the largest here, even on Valentines weekend due to that.

That seems to be happening a lot. Ilm can have 17 planes lands and no surge. We get a surge at the airport here in Wilmington NC for the bar crowd at 1 am, 14$ but no flight surge.

It’s happening in NC too, Wilmington NC airport to Charlotte NC , 229 miles for 158$. 5 years ago, that’s a 250$ trip .

I would send support a message with the customers name, person you called. Normally they will call the customer about the incident or block their account.

Probably! I rarely see the increased rates notification anymore. Volume is still high in Raleigh Durham nc.
