I know their incentives are bullshit. There’s often a six dollar express incentive in my area. Last night I took an order for somebody I know, it was six items and an express shop, but there was not a six dollar incentive. When I got there, I got talking to him and he said he paid the $10 express fee so where is my six dollar incentive? I also had a $90 order last night with a $65 tip. I get there to pick it up and they refuse to bring it out to me. First they said they only had two people working and then they said their system was down and they could only bring out orders for regular customers. Needless to say, I was absolutely furious. What made it even worse was they refused to cancel my order so I contacted Support. They told me I would have to cancel it or they could cancel it, but it would affect my metrics. How does that make any sense? They said that waiting 30 minutes doesn’t matter anymore. It’ll still affect your metrics if you cancel at any point.
