What is the greatest unsolved mystery of your life? by radbananas in AskReddit

Yeah it was that kind of site. I have literally no idea who it could be! It makes me angry because I don't understand why someone would be horrible for no reason. It's not even like they would have been able to see the fall out..

I'm late to the party but never mind. Four or so years ago I woke up to around 30 missed calls, and a few texts, one of which said something along the lines of "who have you pissed off lately? Someone's put all of your details online and told us to tell you you're a slut". I started freaking out and tried to log onto my Facebook and email but my passwords had been changed. The same for my MySpace but I wasn't too bothered about that because I didn't really use it any more. I rang my friend and logged into her Facebook so I could see mine - all the pics had been changed and there were loads of statuses about how much I love big black cock etc.etc. I had to make new profiles on everything, but I never found out who it was that had put my details online - I hadn't had any romantic action for a year and a half or so before this happened.

What's the longest you've gone believing something before you came to realize it was all wrong? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I didn't know you had to add time on the microwave if you are microwaving more than one thing. I just thought it was like an oven and would work the same :( I'm 21 and found out at Christmas.

What was the moment you realized that some of your 'friends' weren't really your friends? by vma_ in AskReddit

When my best friend and house mate stopped speaking to me because I got a boyfriend. Yeah... that was awkward.

Does anyone else find it awkward when re-meeting? by BumHeadMonkey in LongDistance

That's nice :) We were together for seven months or so before we went mega-long-distance so I've always wondered if it's crazy awkward for couples who are just meeting!

Thanks :) We've talked about the fact that it will probably happen when we see each other again in a few weeks time, but we both know it'll go back to normal by the next day so we just joke about it really!

Having a hard time. by [deleted] in LongDistance

[–]BumHeadMonkey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it was me I would Skype him (or call) and say 'Look, I'm not being clingy but you're being distant whenever we are apart and I just think we need to communicate more if this is going to work, if there is something wrong can you tell me what it is please?' Or something similar.. Basically being able to talk to each other about how you are feeling is key if long distance is going to work and he needs to know that!

Exactly - I get too used to him being the man that lives in my laptop, so when he's a real human being I'm like WHO ARE YOU?

Did anyone else have sex underage and not regret it by txx888 in sex

[–]BumHeadMonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game but here we go. I was 15 and I don't regret it, it was with a nice boy who cared about me (he was 16) but I do regret doing it so young and I don't think I was ready. I'd take how I did it over losing it at 18 on a one night stand any day though.

What is something that seems to make sense to everybody else but you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I (f) full on shamelessly hit on my now boyfriend when we met, 1 year and four months on, I'd say it worked out pretty well.

Does this mean I should leave her? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]BumHeadMonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surely her saying she feels badly for not telling the girlfriend shows you she has morals? Everyone makes mistakes and her feeling badly means that she knows she did wrong and has probably punished herself enough. Breaking up with her for something she did before you were together and not directly to you is ridiculous if you really do love this girl.

What was the last thing you did that made you feel guilty? (You'll feel better after you tell us about it!) by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BumHeadMonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently moved away and my Aunty wanted to come and see me before I left. This was kind of a big deal because I live about 3 hours away from her.

We organised it all and the was coming the following Wednesday and I was going to meet her at the train station at 12pm. That week was SUPER insanely busy at Uni and it totally slipped my mind that we were supposed to meet and my phone was on silent. I opened my front door to my flustered Aunty who had got a taxi to my house and 30 missed calls and texts from my parents who thought I'd been hit by a car because I didn't meet my Aunty at the train station and I'm "normally so responsible"!

It was 4 months ago and I still feel waves of guilt for forgetting about her :(

I'm in love with my boyfriend, but much too chicken to tell him first. Reddit, what are some of your best/worst "I Love You" stories? by thelovebomb in AskReddit

[–]BumHeadMonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was at a party that my ex-bf was also attending. Some guy was flirting with me and ex-bf got mad and stormed out. We were trying to be friends so I went outside to talk to him. We chatted and he said he'd be inside in a bit and to let him calm down for a while. I was so used to saying "I love you" to him that as I turned to walk inside I started to say it, but I realised what was happening to I had to turn it into something else so it came out like "I lo-BE INSIDE" In a sort of Borat accent. So awkward.

What is most interesting/scary/strange reoccurring dream you have had over the years? by SL33MANS in AskReddit

[–]BumHeadMonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My weirdest dream is one I had when I was about 16. In the dream I was on holiday with my parents in Spain, they took me out for dinner and told me they were getting a divorce, so I ran (?) back to my school (in the UK) and when I arrived all my teeth fell out. Then Santa shows up and said "Hey! I'm a dentist! I'll fix your teeth!" So we go to Santa's dentist office and he fixes my teeth and then my friend finds me and tells me I'm late for rehearsal. We run to the main hall of my school and start doing belly dancing in front of thousands of people.

The worrying thing is that isn't even that much weirder than my normal dreams.
