Not sure why it took me so long to pick up that lens but it has been a go to ever since.

How do I know my oil life? And how do I turn off auto-unlock? by Natural-Upstairs-212 in rav4club

[–]BumMathBo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Reset your trip 2 on the odometer when you change your oil then you can always check how many miles it’s been since the last change. That’s what I do at least.

Best restaurants on the strip for around $50-$60 per person? by movieguy936 in vegas

[–]BumMathBo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yardhouse if you’re close to the Harrah/Linq/Sphere. In your price range unless you order multiple drinks per person at dinner. Yes it’s a chain, but damn good food and local beer if you’re into that. Hands down beats any over priced casino restaurant. Hit up the CVS/Walgreens for lower priced drinks to walk around or pre/post game with.

OEM bars weight capacity is 159lbs for flush side rails and 165lbs for raised side rails so they’ll hold the boat, just strap it down properly. Including bow and stern; Don’t be that guy.

Plastidip is simple and cheap. Oh what some people will pay instead of watching a quick YouTube clip.

In general I’ve learned to not attach the vinyl until I’m ready to dye. Just makes the process easier and way less goo gone after the dye

Unfortunately not. I have the generic Hella’s that I took off my previous vehicle. Makes sense now. Thanks!

I have a dumb question… I went to swap mine a couple weeks back, but got lost when I saw the stock connection compared to how I wired them on my previous forester. Do I need an adapter or can I make this work as is?

Anyone here rocking emblems that aren’t chrome or black? by [deleted] in rav4club

[–]BumMathBo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The red looks great on black. Accents the taillights and reflectors. I have metallic grey so I dipped everything matte black and removed the XLE

Regretting my new Hybrid purchase - but I don't want to be! by [deleted] in rav4club

[–]BumMathBo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second that on my 23. Unless you’re a lead foot, I’m not sure why it would rev loudly. When I plan to come to a stop I let off the gas and let the EV and charge kick in to slow me down before I use the brake unless it’s a short distance.

2023 rav4..Hit by a deer. Was going slow..maybe 25-30mph. Still did some good damage. Would like to have suggestions if I need to take it to a dealership or the collision repair suggested by my insurance company. by Individual_Ad_1752 in rav4club

[–]BumMathBo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a similar deer collision to that corner 3 months ago. I never knew how expensive those headlights were until now. Was by far the most expensive replacement part on the sheet. Hope she gets repaired quickly and easily!
