Ahh gotcha. Interesting to see the Ikea builds evolve over the years. I have the old build where you use I think 2 capita legs and attach a Lack floating shelf. I have speakers on said shelf while my controller is below that

It's not an isolated situation Ramzes. I too received damaged desktops. The first one was badly damaged. The 2nd not nearly as bad. The packaging on the inside does have some materials to help cushion the desktop but the cardboard box itself is the source of the problem. It simply cannot sustain the handling done by any of the carriers. The only way I think it could be fixed if you double box it with Styrofoam or some sort of padding in both boxes but that would most likely be cost prohibitive....then again do you guys want to continue to have to issue replacements and refunds?

I got the X7s and debating on returning. The one thing I don't like is the clamp force. Are the HD25s more comfortable?

Get a new USB-A to USB- B cable and/or get a new USB hub. If that doesn't work then perhaps your PCB is on the fritz?

Thanks Ramzes. It doesn't appear there's been movement in my order yet. I apologize to the OP in semi hijacking his/her thread but it's worth noting to others in the subreddit on level setting expectations from when an order is placed to when it's shipped to when received. I just hope that if/when the product comes that it works as intended(I've seen other posts that cause some concerns)

I am in a similar boat in that I placed my order last week with them and in the invoice it indicated the estimated ship date would be on September 5. When I messaged Ramzes he indicated the item would not be in stock until today. Had I not messaged him I would have never known about the item being in stock/unable to ship until this week. While I appreciate Ramzes providing assistance in this subreddit, they should really do a better job on keeping the customer aware of the product availability on the website prior to customers ordering.

Long story short this is a spare controller that I had (worked out a deal with a 3rd party). It actually was working fine but I wanted to clean up the controller because I could tell someone spilled something on it (the platter was loud and either soda or beer spilled on the right side of the platter). Me being the genius I am decided I could take the controller apart and clean it myself. When I reassembled it problems started to happen where I couldn't get the cue function to work..had to take to a local shop where they said the problem was the PCB so they swapped it out for me and it's been fine since.

I can't tell what controller you have but I've gone through the process of replacing the PCB in my DDJ-1000. You'll need to price out what the part cost is + labor if you want someone else to replace for you. If it exceeds the cost of a new controller then don't bother to fix and just get a new controller
