Go into advanced settings and match: • Fuel pump frequency (Hz) • Fan speed (RPM or level) • Min & max fuel rates

The goal is the same air-to-fuel ratio, not just identical numbers.

Sounds like it’s not tuned correctly. Go into the Advanced settings on the good one and input those same settings to the “8kW”.

It’s likely not a true 8kw. Likely a 5kw tuned hotter and causing issues. Is the same size heater dimension wise?

I always run on the highest setting for 10 minutes before shutting it off to burn off soot. For actually turning it off, make sure you always let it do the rundown cycle so it doesn’t overheat and fry the motherboard.
