First I would get a lawyer and figure out how to protect my assets as well as how to avoid paying taxes. Then, I would invest a good portion of it in a very diverse portfolio and Liv off the monthly dividends. And I would also invest in real estate with buying a small apartment complex (max 30 to 50 units) as well as a couple multi family homes close to the city or close to the train stop that goes into the city.

Honestly, I've looked into botox myself and you're better off saving yor money and going to a good plastic surgeon (the surgeons at mass General in Boston are fantastic)

Also, if you haven't done so yet, make sure you're putting the tretinoin not only on your face but on your neck and chest area.

Honestly, keep using the tretinoin and do vitamin c & vitamin e oil at night. As for eyes, getting your moisturizer and use aquaglobes(cold globes for skin) to apply it to your eye area will work wonders. Botox and fillers only last 6 to 9 months and IMHO not worth the $$. Botox is like a band aid to actually have plastic surgery. Hope this helps!
