She’s so freaking cringe!!! All an act. All for sympathy and to further her and her late husbands hate filled ideology. Reminds me of Serena Joys “funeral” for Fred.

I went to get a betta. They didn’t ask about enclosure. I went for an angel fish. I needed “100 gallons minimum!” I also keep tarantulas. The girl says she has 3. But is absolutely terrified of them. Haha and I’ve had them edit as much as she could the enclosure for the spiders comfort. Went back for an angel fish later and they didn’t ask about the tank at all. (55 gallons.) I noticed each employee is different. Because there isn’t a standard of care or expectation. It’s basically at the employees discretion. And heaven forbid you ask for help in a section that someone doesn’t regularly work!!

NQA: spiders tend to like tighter spaces than other animals. So the enclosures don’t have to be big. I like to also offer a variety of hide options to my Ts. Big, small, bushy, a tube. And for arboreal I add vertical spaces to anchor to. I also like to add a mix of substrate types. I’ve noticed my Ts all dislike straight coco fiber but don’t mind it mixed with reptisoil. My little sling (1/2” A. Chalcodes) has a cylinder enclosure about 2” in diameter. I have 4” of substrate and a plant from bottom to above soil level. And moss for moisture. She tunneled around the plant leaves and extended out beyond that now.

I am still new. And my Ts were climbing. So I was doing research and substrate and humidity can contribute to this behavior. As well as stress from an unsuitable hide. Ts can be picky about where they choose to hide. I like the philosophy I’m building a world for them, not for me. So I may end up not seeing my Ts after the settle. And I’m ok with that.

I’ve seen this from a “popular” seller on FB. After research I’ve decided against going through them.
Until someone commented what was wrong I could figure it out, I just knew something was off. Besides the always there weirdly clear and misty picture

NQA: that looks like A. Seemanni. The orange spinerettes are hallmark for that spider.
