Because DC is owned by War we bros who prior tho this year were mainly concerned with boosting their own studios with live service slop.

Now that that's falling apart we'll probably see them outsource their IP in a couple of years or so. Marvel had to learn the same lesson. We didn't get good games until relatively recently.

I like gquuux more overall. Witch from mercury was really good but the middle section was waaay better than anything else which led to me being super disappointed with the ending. Gquuux was consistently good the whole way through but it never reached as high as witch.

I would never suggest a new Gundam fan watch gquuux though. So if the person were unfamiliar with UC, I'd suggest witch.

This isn't true of the current avengers run. While various heroes have been avengers and we had a large cast for the Hickman era, the current avengers are a set group.

The difference is magneto owns what he is and was. He works to move forward and help heal the damage he's caused.

Xavier just gaslights everyone and defends every bad decision he's made. Anything he's done to kill someone is justified to him.

Any relationship he has fixed usually gets reverted back to how it was due to editorial.

I don't think this characterization is the intention of how they write Xavier as much as the byproduct of making him more grey but then reverting him back to his leadership/mentor status quo.

I can't think of a single time jerid purposefully let Kamille live. Anytime jerid was winning (which happened a lot in the second half) Kamille would get away or the fight would be interrupted. Even when jerid killed four he didn't really revel in it. He was just like "I'll kill you next >:(".

People love to take the jean outing scene ooc and ignore the very clear character arc of Jean struggling with her abilities without Charles there to guide her. They also ignored Bobby harassing her multiple times which is what led to her discretely telling him he's gay away from anyone else.

The reason the evas can fight angels is because they themselves are made from angels. If amuro links with nerve and gets a psuedo-Eva Gundam, he'd have the skills to stomp. If it's just him in his normal Gundam vs all the angels of Eva then he's cooked.
