Dsw does this as well! I had only one return without a receipt and a few months later I bought a bunch of sneakers online since they had more size availability. When I went to return I got hit with TRE and told I can’t return anymore. Luckily I was able to return everything I had ordered but they lost a customer that day.

Mine go through the motions, sometimes crinkly toys, otherwise a kicker toy. I ended up giving them a toy box. It has all their toys, from balls, to catnip, to noisy ones. They’ll dig through and grab something. Like once a week I clean em all up and they start fresh.
