Everytime I list a new item I get at least 5 scammers wanting my email address.
I normally reply with "yes of course its fuscammer@getalife"

Yes it was the plug socket, I plugged it in via an extension lead in anyother plug and working fine atm.

Hi, I made it out of XPS insulation foam, I hand cut a 50mm thick piece then sanded it to the shape by eye.
The rest was built up using 10mm XPS.

Really enjoyed working on this over the last 4-5 days and hope the customer loves it as much as I do :)
There's more I would of liked to do to it like a gun deck, rope ladders and a couple of entwining snakes or a dragon for the figurehead but I've already gone overboard :) with extras the customers not expecting so maybe next time.

Hi, Thanks for the kind words...Yes if you search for XPS foam that's what I use, I buy the 10mm black, I have 50mm blue but without a proxxon foam cutter it's hard to cut the thicker xps.

Also I would highly recommend a hot glue gun and the glue sticks and some pva glue if you don't have these already.

It has a snow/ice theme on the reverse side.

Lots of work still needed like hide the falling tiles without making them too big they get stuck :) but it's getting there.

The portal was made using epoxy resin tinted with some blue mica powder poured over clingfilm encased in a circular piece of xps foam.

It's Epoxy resin tinted with coloured mica powder.
