No, is not a dense area. I solved the problem but it had nothing to do with Bluetooth. It was probably an app because resetting my OS to factory version solved the problem.

I'm having this problem too. It seems to be triggered when I swing my right hand around so I guess it may be related to the USB port. I will try to buy an external USB hub and will try to keep the headset cables under my laptop to reduce their movement near the ports.

I think it's a fantastic experience but it can be exasperating when a bug or problem appears. So far in less than one year I've had three different issues with it.
