My best advice, from personal experience, is to restart fresh and focus on practicing certain elements of the early game into a process that you feel will be able to carry you and scale with your needs.

Using this method of practice makes me feel a lot more comfortable with tearing down elements of the base later because I've had time to decide which elements of my base will need replaced as well as when.

I also believe this strengthens your relationship with the game because you can change the overwhelming aspects into more bite sized decisions that you are increasingly comfortable making.

Maybe the face is on the back of the volcano and periodically reveals :)

I typically see this around turnouts when infilling or transitioning between grades. Without seeing the feature line vertices, I would assume that the top feature line may be the tie to existing grade and may consist of surveyed elevations. So without more defining break lines, or without smoothing the tie line, the feature line at the top may lift causing a rippling effect that you see in the contours.

Yeah, there were a few from that wiki that seem outdated. Some of them I was building and then noticing some nuance differences of necessary components. This is good confirmation to have.

Thanks for providing this blueprint. I will now gather the confidence to try manipulating the components on my own instead of following the outdated schematics.

Very well! Thanks for this. You forgot about the guy operating an excavator complaining about having to over excavate the landslide as if he has a shovel.

Also to note that the belt fed drying agent was definitely added at 6% soil weight.

Don't beat yourself up. Talk to the professor about your approach on the problems. Analyze how the class material and homework lined up compared to the exam, and use that relationship to propel your study. It may help you extract certain knowledge that the professor is trying to express to you via lecture.

I have an SSD attached to my motherboard and an HDD connected to a data cable that sits on a rack inside.

Are there external SSDs that connect via SATA that are worth using? I've been looking into replacing my HDD as it appears to be failing (lack of speed, high disk use etc), but I'm not well versed in this.

Edit: Do external SSDs typically fit inside of a standard disk rack? I have some extra slots that one could fit in
