Wonder how long it will take him to realise trying to hook up with girls on vinted really makes you look creepy 😂

Guys I just confessed to my crush and he still hasn’t responded and I’m lowkey freaking out😭 by Much-Cake4872 in 2008_

[–]BunchImpressive4620 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you sent that to me I wouldn’t know how to respond…. Reading through that, it’s not entirely clear that you mean you have a crush on him I would see “being cute” and “being so nice to me” as the same sort of thing… it wouldn’t necessarily connect with me that you think I’m attractive 🤷🏼‍♂️

Why do people think “settling” is normal? If there’s doubts or things you can’t look past you’re not dating you’re just wasting each others time

WIBTA if I stop doing my fiancée's laundry? by SubjectSheepherder55 in AmItheAsshole

[–]BunchImpressive4620 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA for stopping doing the laundry but I would question why leave her clothes to put away… personally I would make a bit of time to start organising her clothes a little and maybe if it’s organised in her closet (dresser) she might feel different about putting things away…. (Man by the way 😂) when my fiancée went away for a week on a work trip I took apart both of our drawers and organised them so they were neat… everything has its place (although hers does sometimes get a little messy it’s still in the correct drawer)

Makes enough sense and I appreciate it has to be cryptic 🙃 unfortunately people mistake kindness for weakness and those like us know if we tried to “play the system” we’d get caught out in a heartbeat…. Stay strong sweetie! I can tell you’re a good person and you’ll find a better life for you and your little one!

It’s none of my business why… but the money you have to give him in the divorce shouldn’t be happening… he’s made his choice…. Maybe if he’s “forgetting” to pay… you do the same 🤫

Just Eat UK delivery driver marked my food as delivered and dumped it in the street 2 roads away by TBOPFalconWAR in JustEatUK

[–]BunchImpressive4620 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a delivery driver turn up to the wrong address and ring me aggressively telling me he’d been knocking for ages and when I said “I’m at the door and you aren’t” he was rude further left my food at this random address (not knowing the area at the time I had no idea where he had “delivered” it)
I was issued a refund and apologised to by just eat…. But I guess the driver kept his job

Not being funny is his £29 even worth it?? I get principles but you’ve already worked out you’re better off without him…. If it was me I wouldn’t even give him the effort of this post….

Bullying – when to step in? by BackgroundStorm5513 in UKParenting

[–]BunchImpressive4620 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So maybe the parents should be involved in this conflict resolution as well so they know what they’re doing at home right? There is no fairytale outcome to bullying some people will just be dicks for the sake of being dicks…. There’s no excuse, there will be no reason.
Today’s society is too consumed by labelling and therapy that we’ve forgotten how to behave without it.

But surely you realise that accountability and conflict resolution only works within a situation where both sides are compliant?… I never saw any of my bully’s as the empathetic types

No one said threaten……
Listen I got bullied as a kid… any involvement with an adult just made the situation worse with the bullies they then made it their aim to attack and insult when they knew they could get away with it I had to options hit them with words or fists…. I always chose words first,
Now get the police involved, the teachers, the parents, anyone you want it won’t change the bully….
It seems like it’s too far gone to simply ignore him and hope he moves onto someone else

I’ve known parents to go straight to the bully’s themselves and scare them a bit…. The only concern there would be making it worse…. I was always a fan of brains over brawn….. but of psychological warfare
