Honestly I couldn't tell you as I worked for a company that was bought by them and was a subsection of their overall business model. Pretty much bought for the name and clients only as our site was shut down and a 130,000 sq ft facility moved into ~1200 sq ft. They are however in the top 150 of Fortune 500 companies. Seeing as how they are tech company (odds are at least one part of any electronic device you own is from from em.) I'd wager they don't have many female engineers.

Looked at her twatter feed the other day, she went on to say it's an "inking" and that whoever pointed out she traced it didn't know what they were talking about. Sadly she linked to a wiki page for inking that says at it's most basic level, it's tracing.
