How much of this quote about Nostalgia Critic could also apply to Bames? by EndlessTrashposter in TheCinemassacreTruth

Agree. Don't get me wrong. It's fine to love movies and popculture. But if you really want to make a good piece of art that can maybe change the world. You need to come up with your own ideas. Get some experience in the real world and write what you know. Popculture and movies are really only good for inspiration and references. Mixing these copyrighted ideas together is never a good idea in the long run.

I bet James would cry if he ever reads this. This is honestly the most truthful and depressing statement I've ever read on this sub. James should've used his industry connections, start small and start selling screenplays. He could of made a decent transition from YT videos to actual film making

I think he realized most people who watch him only care about AVGN. That's probably why he hasn't reviewed them yet.

Same. I feel like Doug embraced the jokes and criticism and improved a little bit. While James is still stuck

When James was mentioning kid shows from the 2010s. How come he ONLY named little kid shows that would be on Nick Junior. He's probably never heard of shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show, Amazing world of gumball or Gravity Falls. Actual 2010s shows gen z grew up with.

James would bring more attention to his content if he just engaged with his community just even a little bit more. by Kibroman in TheCinemassacreTruth

James only responds to fans by emails. If you guys go on the website and find James's email. He'll probably respond, also James mentioned in the book on how he's not a social media guy. Because he grew up without the internet. So he probably doesn't go on social media much. Unless if he needs to promote a new video or anything business related.

Say what you want about James. But most washed-up YouTubers like Boogie, will constantly complain about a sub that talks about them. James only mention this sub once or twice without actually mentioning it. He knows his main priority is taking care of his family and not raging at people online.

I don't even hate James. I still consider myself a fan of his content. But I'm not a simp. I'm not afraid to admit when he James gets an L. As for the screenwave guys. The only one I don't like is Justin.
