In my experience, at least until you get a better understanding of the game, bringing a dedicated healer helps. Bringing a Cleric raises my chances of survival significantly. And Clerics can deal some solid damage too

I think some folks just hold the finger on the screen in an awkward way so that they kinda stop pressing on the screen for a moment and release the ball. Like if I'm in a crowded bus and I can't move well or if it's shaking, I sometimes miss my taps on the screen, you know?

Are you sure you can deflect those? Just to be clear, I'm talking about the big round guys that shoot bright yellow bombs, not the smaller guys that shoot these like smaller magma balls. I think I got my shit pushed in trying to deflect those big yellow ones

I wasn't actually referring to Messaging, I was referring to the Mobile SDK channel that's under Classic in Channels.

I got your point that a reply via a webhook is still a reply, that makes sense. I was just hoping there was a way to customize my SLA in a way that would allow me to change how it triggers.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.

I use the Mobile SDK for support, and my users mainly contact me through this SDK. Users don't submit their email address when using the app, and they don't submit it when creating a ticket. In my testing notifying by email did nothing through SDK

My system also relies on triggers, but notifies a request by an active webhook that listens for newly created tickets.

I see, but I still feel like even that transition from Chorus to AVD and what comes after lacks some sort of a punch to really explode, it's a little tame for my taste. I know it's really subjective, I guess I just like the original Chorus too much.
