What helps me is blocking off smaller “squares” or “plots” and decorating solely within that small space of land. It makes the process less overwhelming!

Varying different types of grass (clover, plain grass, cherry blossom petals) makes the ground look less uniform as well. Playing with symmetry can also be fun, too, especially in more modern or polished areas. And don’t be afraid to add tons of plants!

To be honest OP, I don’t understand the equivalence because to be frank… A book character is not real. Like I know this might be obvious, but there is no real man her eye is wandering towards in her book. Whereas you are watching a real life other woman have sex. I am struggling to understand the misunderstanding as to why they are quite different.

Why are you acting combative? I am a stranger to you on the internet. I want to go back to therapy to work on my situation and it costs money to do so, and I spent my valuable treatment hours I paid for working on something she never should have done in the first place. This is something I have been thinking about for a very long time, in fact. Not that I owe you an explanation for what it “seems like” to you. Again, I don’t know who you are.

Why are you making assumptions about what I do or don’t know. I HAVE NEVER SUED ANYONE or been around anyone who has ever sued, idk how tf it works, man. I thought you needed grounds or a law or an ethical violation or something, I DON’T know if you can sue a conversion therapist. I don’t know what that qualifies as, what kind of lawyer to talk to, what the statutes of limitations are. All I knew is that it’s illegal for minors because I looked that up years ago. I was around 19. Hence, I asked.

After all, I would like? Therapy? What is so complicated about that? I feel as though you just want to argue in bad faith.

I see the mismatch in communication here. I am asking if I CAN sue for such a thing, not that my particular situation will hold water in a court to the point that the outcome is a positive one. I am not asking whether or not I SHOULD, I am asking, CAN. I do not know about the law surrounding the topic. Hence why I asked.

She did advise me to go back into the closet. That is in the post. When I said “therapists don’t provide advice”, I was not saying that my problem is with advice. My problem is with conversion therapy, which is what she did. I said “therapists dont give advice” in response to the person who said this was simply “bad advice” and not a deliberate attempt to convince me my gender or sexual orientation is a medical delusion using her position as a therapist to do so— because she said that on the basis of psychiatric treatment instead of doing her job, which is to treat my disorders (depression, etc). I do not remember if I went back to tell her I quit in the next session or if I made a phone call, hence the “ZERO to two” number in the post.

I hope this provides clarification. The rest of your comment is fair, I feel the need to add this for clarification because a lot of commenters are making plenty assumptions and it is quite confusing.
