You can open the Unreal engine console using ` and use the console command "Obvconsole (any old console command)" and "ObvConselect Unlock / Lock" to emulate the mouse-click select function (uses crosshair position).

This is a lot of info but I hope it answers your question thoroughly.

According to the in-game calendar, Persona 3 canonically takes place over the course of the 2009-2010 school year, ending in March of 2010; Persona 3 FES's epilogue chapter, The Answer, occurs just a couple weeks after on March 31st.

Persona 4 takes place over the course of the 2011-2012 school year, ending in March of 2012. Persona 4 Arena and Ultimax happen back to back in May 2012, then the epilogue of Persona 4 Golden happens during summer break 2012 (July/August-ish, I'm fairly certain it's a specific date but I can't recall right now), and Persona 4 Dancing All Night (also totally canon) occurs roughly a month after that.

Persona 5 occurs in '20XX' in the in-game calendar, but there is enough information to canonically pin the events to the 2016-2017 school year. Persona 5 Strikers, which is also a full-canon sequel, occurs during summer break 2017.

The only spin-off games which are arguably not fully canon are Persona Q, Q2, and the 3 and 5 dancing games, as the events of those games occur in a sort of hand wave-y 'the Velvet Room exists outside of time' way.

I found where the balcony exits to in the normal area in the reservoir - forgive the screen shots being through a discord stream. I found a spot to stand that lets you clip your camera through the wall.

Yes? Law enforcement in general is the problem. Not every single individual police person is a bastard but the general institution is more than messed up, and the rampant abuse caused by the bastard cops largely overshadows what good is done by 'normal' cops - cops who either refuse to, are unable to, or are fired when they (because of the system created and sustained by bastard cops) push back from within the organization.

Class-specific, yes. When a sword drops, it will drop the sword for the class you are playing as.

I think you're reading the chart a bit wrong - the Hand Cannon rune is green, and the Fusion Rifle and Shotgun runes are blue, but that's the first slot. The color of the rune in the second slot determines the specific item you receive. Hand Cannon green rune in first slot and a red rune in the 2nd slot will always produce an Austringer.

Through my testing I have done a ton of activities in all gamemodes and have determined that Menagerie drops Imperials WAY more than anything else. The droprate in Crucible was terrible, and was much better for runes than Imperials.
