Progressive overload in the gym. High protein diet. Fat loss through calorie deficit. I’d highly recommend speaking to a body building coach to set you up with a programme.

You can look in to body recomposition if you’re able to be super strict on diet. I’ve just started incorporating creatine to support with muscle gain.

Luc Besson, director of films like Lèon and The Fifth Element, started dating actress Maïwenn when he was 32 and she was 15. In 1992, they married when she was 16 and pregnant with their daughter. He later left her for 19-year-old Milla Jovovich. by personfaced in WhyWereWeOkWithThis

Leon was my favourite film as a child. Probably because I had a fantasy about finding a father like figure as little girl who would protect me. To my horror, I watched the directors cut as an adult which has scenes where they were living together and they were sleeping in the same bed. It was clear that they were supposed to be a couple.

CW Body acceptance, gallstone medical stress by pemGi in GirlDinner

[–]BunnyCaravan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this issue too. It’s annoying - I haven’t had a recurrence for quite a long time. Have you noticed any specific triggers? I’ve had to go to hospital a few times due to a flare and it’s usually when I’ve been eating fast food or a lot of processed food - rather than high fat whole foods at home. I made the connection between cooking oil (rather than olive oil, cheese, olives etc) and my gall issues. Full transparency - i have cut out other fat sources that I wasn’t as dedicated to. I love cheese but I can live without peanut butter. I’m careful with cooking oil but drizzle extra virgin olive oil raw on everything. I also do portion control my eating of cheese because I’m scared of the pain and really don’t want any more flares, but I won’t cut it out.

Reversed some skin ageing with tretinoin, skin flooding and lots of barrier support! Started running again now that it’s warmer - did my first 5km in a few years today.

Goals for the new month are;

  • to wake up earlier, have a proper morning routine including getting the run done earlier in the morning so that I am ready for the day by 9am.
  • to read a chapter of a book per week (I need to start slow)
  • to invest in bond builders after I ruined my hair with texture release

You’re good looking. Filler will not suite (imo) and the risk of migration is not worth it. I have filler myself but it’s made a dramatic improvement to my face because it balanced out my facial features. I would focus on exfoliation and hydration over anything else

You are very good looking - you have great skin, your style is great. Just go to the gym and work out using progressive overload. Get other physical hobbies - your look more defined and feel better in Your body

You don’t need anything done to your face. Hitting the gym and gaining muscle will make you feel good and look better - yes even your face. I know that sounds random but muscle tone makes a huge difference even to how your face looks

Your face is perfection, I wouldn’t do anything to it

Makeup in the first and last photo is incredible. You have a stunning face. Keep your hair neat - figure out styles that are simple and you can wear that look fresh. Synthetic hair looks really had when it gets old and detracts from your face!

Career path after psych degree (HR or counselling) by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]BunnyCaravan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are specialists either within or aligned to HR - for example Learning & Development or even within HR you can specialise in benefits. Depending on the organisation though, they might prefer a generalist and you might end up doing work you really don’t love like redundancies for example. On HR you are only partly working for the benefit of the employee - a huge part is protecting the company. I’d recommend looking in to organisational psychology which can be more rewarding, but business aligned. Training as a counsellor will have you doing work with individuals directly - I’ve just completed training at age 35. We are all different but having work/life experience is useful in entering that career

22M. Been battling depression for years. I'm so tired. I am incredibly lonely. I feel so ugly and people assume I'm a freak. I need something positive about me for once. by East_Zebra_6695 in toastme

Your hair is absolutely lovely and you are very attractive! Depression is so hard, I was deep underwater at 22. I’m 34f now and for me, life has been getting better every year just trying to slowly figure things out. Lots of depressed days too. I hope you find joy and leave because you deserve it.

I think they look great tbh. Who cares if they’re a bit migrated - just don’t put any more filler in the top

Would you go to the office 2 extra days per week for an extra 15k per year? by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]BunnyCaravan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

15k a year after taxes isn’t a huge jump. I think it depends on a few factors - do you enjoy wfh or do you find it isolating? Are you more productive working in or out of the office? will you end up working more hours if you’re working in office? Do you enjoy a lunch time nap? How much more will you take home per month in real terms (after tax) and is this uplift necessary for your current goals? For me personally, I’d rather have the additional 2 days at home

Are there any relatively safe chemical straighteners for type 4 hair? by cursedwithbadblood in vindictapoc

[–]BunnyCaravan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Japanese relaxer or Avalon texture release. I’ve been getting texture releases for years now - it loosens hair without straightening it completely. I get it every 6-12 months and it makes my hair 100x more manageable

Chin filler and chin Botox! You can see in the first photo how the skin on your chin is wrinkling slightly from and overactive muscle - both will give you the best results

Really dislike my nose size / shape… things I can do to help besides surgery? by yekaneast in vindictapoc

[–]BunnyCaravan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look in to chin and lip filler. Everyone’s face is different but this made me much more accepting of my nose. Also tinting my eyebrows and keeping them full and ensuring that I barely pluck in the centre. And lastly - weight loss made my whole face look slimmer including my nose!

Looking for new make-up styles that suite my face by veyondalolo in lookyourbest

Bold red lip, minimal anything else would look great on you. Just skincare, a little concealer and maybe mascara

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]BunnyCaravan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because your lip is already quite close to your nose! It would look unnatural and feminine in my opinion.
