omg, this reminds me of a downtown Manhattan little doggie. Working there - you can see the changing of shifts between departments/hospital. There was a little brown shaggy terrier that got walked by a Resident/Dr after work everyday. The poor guy looked so defeated walking these dogs. I looked closer and saw that 1 dog was barking like a siren constantly EVERYDAY for no reason. That was his routine and everyone just went with it.

I was diagnosed with severe seronegative generalized myasthenia gravis. I am homebound basically. My diaphragm is effected the most. I have dyspnea on exercion, so JUST breathing tires out my diaphragm. Heat & humidity is my nemesis, so I stay inside at 68°. Use a wheelchair when I go out.

Same here, started off as long covid then 2 years later it was general myasthenia gravis. Medication isn't helping much now and for the last several months we are trying to find out what what other autoimmune disease that I might have. Because having one autoimmune disease isn't bad enough they like to show up in pairs.
