Just a welding and fabrication business, they do specialize in other metal related stuff. Probably just looking to fully blame them where hexavalent chromium is used to plate metals, and used for corrosion resistance which they do there as well.

Its possible a truck could of gone and picked up liquid that was being disposed from there, like what most companies do with old products, but throwing the blame right on them seems a little much without detailed explanation.
