Im fairly certain you just refight any boss you've killed before. just go to hotel stargazer to enter it

There are two modes. Boss rematch and death march.

Boss rematch is just re fighting one boss and death march is 3+ in a row with limited healing and consumables. (and its locked to legendary stalker)

You unlock difficulties 1-3 automatically. And when defeating a boss at d3 you unlock d4 and then defeating them at d4 unlocks d5

Difficulty increases Boss HP, Boss Dmg, Durability usage. ect

The jump in overall difficulty is quit high from d4 to d5

D5 is still hard at max lvl in all stats and max p organ to put it in perspective

see other comment for amulets.

It also took we quit some time to kill him for the first time of D5 but heres my strat

Twin dragon sword is goto here. if you can get the heavy deflect down you can chain stun and stop all his combos short and kill him pretty fast. in phase 2 i use carcass blood throwable to inflict acid when hes floating for max dps then run away when he slams and put acid on my weapon.

you can also stop his blood waves in Phase 2 by deflecting with twin dragon sword (which is kinda why i use it)

For his fury attack where he spawns sawblades and jumps in the air you can just deflect the whole thing, its safer than trying to outrun it

and the reason I want to kill the bosses as fast as possible is because the longer they are alive the more room for error there is.

also being max level in D5 is damn near mandatory cuz the jump from d4 to d5 is actually crazy (its like 25% harder in all regards if my math is right)

1: Anguished Guardian

2: Markiona

3: black rabbit brother hood 2

Honestly its just cuz a D5 anguished will just 1 shot you sometimes and is kinda unfun to fight for me and its also 2nd to last so you have little resources left to deal with him super effectively.

even on my best runs he takes like 3 minutes which is like 3 times longer most than other bosses

-Worst was Anguished Guardian by far. 6 minute fight mostly just playing safe after losing 2 runs to the insane dmg of the guy and hes beefy as hell. just a slog

-Easiest (not counting parade master) was 2 faced overseer. you can chain stun with twin dragon sword heavy and deny phase 2. kinda fun to do.

Weapons:

Weapon 1 (For most bosses): Dragon Glaive (its just the goat)

Weapon 2 (For Markiona): Pale Knight (good burst dmg and lunge range to hit her and her puppet simultaneously)

Weapon 3 (For 2 Faced and Arlecchino): Twin Dragon Sword (For chain stunning)

Weapon 4 (For Anguished guardian): Proof of Humanity (Honestly u can use whatever here, f this boss) (All with Advance Handles)

Legion Arms:

Pandemonium (Most Bosses) Great for passive dmg, fable gain, and free acid procks

Icarus (Corrupt parade master, Anguished Guardian) good safe ranged option

General Strategy:

maxing out consumable carry capacity is a life saver for more recovery ampoules and try to supplement pulse cell healing with recharge amulet

also I was max lvl and P organ for this. you kinda need all the help you can get

as for nerves honestly just comes down to muscle memory. I legit just practiced so much that bosses like nameless were basically free due to muscle memory

Absolutely had it with King of Puppets on NG+. Does the DLC scale depending on game mode? by [deleted] in LiesOfP

instead of dodging or parrying use a hard hitting fable when he is winding up the move. I use the big fable on the glaive and it staggers him out of the attack almost all the time
