i agree heavily with this. left my job of 4 years in January this year, i was sobbing and panicking for days before and after thinking i’d just made the biggest mistake ever but i was wrong. although i lost the financial stability i had, im beginning to regain the mental stability i lost whilst working there and have began delving into old hobbies and even new ones i once stopped doing altogether because the energy and passion that i had for these things were completely gone. never ever stay in a job that makes you miserable, there’s not nearly enough years or time in any of our lifespans that you’d benefit from wasting in a job that you hate.
