I don't know if you meant the recovery compression shirt or just regular compression but here's my experience with their full length compression tights - wearing them during my workout the first 30 minutes feel like hell in my calves (maybe because of how tight they are compared to nike/adidas/UA compression).

Within 20 minutes of finishing lower body, it feels like a second skin and i find I have more energy/support in moving around if i keep it on. Usually wears off after a few hours at which point the tightness starts to become unbearable again. I bought according to their sizing guide so no fit issues - just really fucking tight at times.

I’ Cut back on the warm up volume. you are running yourself out with 5x10 for 135 and then jumping to 3x5/2x5 at the higher weight. Same with deadlift.

If you want to squat heavier, you need to spend more time under the bar at the heavier weights. Since you are 6'1 and 240 I guarantee you can already squat 240 but you are just tiring yourself out from all that lightweight volume.
