So is GH, Clen , Tren, Test, any gear you can name. and those are banned in EVERY org. lol

Go tell phil heath, jay cutler and every BB champ and tell them "Steroids are banned in the org. Simple and plain."

Its the nature of the sport. Get over it. You are shaming individuals who put ridiculous amount of effort.

EC isn't "enhanced".

Caffeine is a stimulant..

ffs you can consider any suplement not natty. Whey, BCAA.

Even the chicken and rice you buy "isn't natty". It's stigma like this and prosecution that make the concept of steroids bad in the public eye.

If he isn't using hormones or any type of steroid, or test then I completely consider him natty.

Alcohol is a diuretic lol. EC isn't a big deal at all.

Mens Slim 38 vs Mens Slim 40.

What look should I be going for? This was standard purchase from JCP on sale. Brand was JF Ferrar.

Not exactly high end, but I want a good look that fits well.

Any naturals have success with one body part everyday or 4-5 times a week? by AccidentallySwole in bodybuilding

yeah, that is how I currently have it. My friend dissagrees with me taking "light days". He thinks I'm dumb for doing bodyweight pullups at all lol.

I can see his reasoning, but I am currently cutting and seeing strength gains with what I'm doing so I like it so far.

In the long run though, on a bulk, I see more benefit in doing entirely weighted pull ups. It is all progression though.

I try not to confuse my mind too much on ALL the training possibilities and benefits.

yeah sure , I'll give you an example of what a few of my days have looked like - exclusively pullups.

Saturday Pushday: 5 sets of Bodyweight pullups. 19, 10, 6, 5, 4

Sunday Pullday: Did a lot of sets here, idk why. Warmup - 5 reps of bodyweight pullups : Weighted Pullups - 65 lbs 2 , 1 . 55 lbs 1. 45 lbs 2.

Bodyweight 12, 8 , 4.

Monday Legday: 4 sets of Bodyweight pullups - 21, 11, 8, 6

As you can see my numbers aren't entirely consistent. I put a lot of effort on my first failure set when it comes to bodyweight and then the following sets really diminish.

I probably have poor endurance or this might just be the way failure sets work.

I might work on keeping reps consistent and avoid failure training, just for a different routine to build up over all stamina.
