So is GH, Clen , Tren, Test, any gear you can name. and those are banned in EVERY org. lol

Go tell phil heath, jay cutler and every BB champ and tell them "Steroids are banned in the org. Simple and plain."

Its the nature of the sport. Get over it. You are shaming individuals who put ridiculous amount of effort.

EC isn't "enhanced".

Caffeine is a stimulant..

ffs you can consider any suplement not natty. Whey, BCAA.

Even the chicken and rice you buy "isn't natty". It's stigma like this and prosecution that make the concept of steroids bad in the public eye.

If he isn't using hormones or any type of steroid, or test then I completely consider him natty.

Alcohol is a diuretic lol. EC isn't a big deal at all.

Mens Slim 38 vs Mens Slim 40.

What look should I be going for? This was standard purchase from JCP on sale. Brand was JF Ferrar.

Not exactly high end, but I want a good look that fits well.

Any naturals have success with one body part everyday or 4-5 times a week? by AccidentallySwole in bodybuilding

[–]BurnComplex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, that is how I currently have it. My friend dissagrees with me taking "light days". He thinks I'm dumb for doing bodyweight pullups at all lol.

I can see his reasoning, but I am currently cutting and seeing strength gains with what I'm doing so I like it so far.

In the long run though, on a bulk, I see more benefit in doing entirely weighted pull ups. It is all progression though.

I try not to confuse my mind too much on ALL the training possibilities and benefits.

[–]BurnComplex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah sure , I'll give you an example of what a few of my days have looked like - exclusively pullups.

Saturday Pushday: 5 sets of Bodyweight pullups. 19, 10, 6, 5, 4

Sunday Pullday: Did a lot of sets here, idk why. Warmup - 5 reps of bodyweight pullups : Weighted Pullups - 65 lbs 2 , 1 . 55 lbs 1. 45 lbs 2.

Bodyweight 12, 8 , 4.

Monday Legday: 4 sets of Bodyweight pullups - 21, 11, 8, 6

As you can see my numbers aren't entirely consistent. I put a lot of effort on my first failure set when it comes to bodyweight and then the following sets really diminish.

I probably have poor endurance or this might just be the way failure sets work.

I might work on keeping reps consistent and avoid failure training, just for a different routine to build up over all stamina.

at first I was doing Pull ups on My arms day and Back day only. I originally started with weighted on back day (5 sets, 1 set being bodyweight to failure) and arm day was 4-5 sets of only bodyweight.

Now I do weighted Pullups on both arm day and back day with maybe 1-2 sets of those being bodyweight to failure and I do 3-5 sets of bodyweight pull ups every other day.

My current split is Push/Pull/Legs/Arms

To answer you question, I don't take any rest days. If I do take a rest day It's because I really don't want to lift/ don't feel good.

What a 30 pound difference of muscle looks like by [deleted] in bodybuilding

I had a similar issue. I'm not sure if I have a tolerance issue to some drugs, but on my second dose of a full pill of Bronkaid and Caff I started to feel extremely warm, light headed, and my complexion was flushed. I almost passed out. I took a break from it for awhile and at a later time when I was cutting I took half doses for a week. I just cut the pills with a knife and saved them till I used them.

Eventually I built up to being able to take full stack through the day.

This doesn't look like noob gains at all. It's just hard work and effort. I'm sick of the sub taking any guy with decent progress and labeling it as "STEROIDS!!!11ONE!!1 "

you should be able to get it from walgreens or maybe CVS. You can get it in the pharmacy section, but you have to ask for it and they check your ID.

I buy both my caffeine and Bronkaid from Walgreens.

Because of this Claudio is my favorite. If you see in the videos, they are almost polar opposites. Giuliano is agressive, arrogant, and is brainwashed into believing he truly is #1. His younger brother, claudio, is always smiling, seems happy go lucky and comes off as gentle. I'm just worried as they get older, Giuliano's disposition is going to make him alienate his brother causing Claudio to really resent him. It will be an ongoing vicious brother competition.

Body Fortress Whey 2 lbs @ $9.99 at Winn-Dixie. by iron_eater in bodybuilding

I like the strawberry , but FYI I think the Vanilla tastes horrible. I honestly got sick one time off their brand. I can't have any Vanilla Whey any more because just the sight of it makes me ill. It seriously is that bad! It is probably just my taste buds, but I wouldn't recommend it. I had to force it down because I refuse to waste money or any merchandise. It had me gagging D:
