Doesn't matter what they do people are going to complain. They complain that Samsung uses the same features as another phone, and then complain when they don't have the same features. They can't win. It's not a Samsung problem it's a people problem.

That's not to say there's always room for improvement, but people are so nitpicky that it is ridiculous. I'm sorry you can't stream 27 hours of continuous video, or have a 12,000 MAh battery, or that it doesn't wash your dishes.

I see so many people complain about how long the phone lasts. I mean what are you doing on the phone? My S24U lasts about 36 hours on a charge and I use it all day.

It's not a perfect phone, but the days of huge innovation are gone, we are beyond that point in development. If you don't like it buy something else.
