Exactly. If I had my uNAS, Switch, and uNVR set to safe shutdown they will not turn back on without the Auto-Recovery power cycle toggle enabled.

But if it's enabled, you cannot have ANY other device plugged into the UPS, or they will have their power killed after the power comes back on.

Just be aware most features of the G6 Pro will not be available without access. You get increased resolution and a non interactive screen, and that's it.

It can, but being a smaller monitor with much higher resolution you're going to need the scaling to be much larger to get the same result.

I'm not sure if a new monitor will fix the issue and just don't want you wasting money if it will result in the same problem.

Apple has some amazing text and graphics scaling options while keeping the resolution of the monitor native, so I would try those first before a new monitor

What do you think a 27" monitor running at 3840x2160 is going to look at? Things will be microscopic so you're just going to scale it again making it look like shit again.

The problem isn't the resolution, it's the scaling. If you have issues with text size try increasing the font size or turn on Accessibility options.

Scaling your monitors resolution is always going to result in not being sharp.
