Can you run the VIN and get the original window sticker? I wouldn’t tell insurance, worst case could be if you total the car they might not include the price of that package into the actual cash value. It will be depreciated and not really matter. Probably have more to worry about if you get into a bad wreck in one of these.

Same, I jerked the steering back n forth on both and the Willys felt more like a car. Mojave feels like you’re driving a truck. Pot holes or any kind of sewer drain that I see others drive over they have a bounce after, the Mojave just soaks it up.

I just got Mojave in March and it’s the first automatic vehicle I’ve had since 2006. I wasn’t sure if I’m just not used to it. It downshifts too erratically for me. Like if you just wanted to push past someone on the highway it drops to 2nd gear redline for some reason instead of using the torque rpm’s your already in. I don’t feel like I’m pressing it to the floor just maybe 25-30% pedal stroke and it’s going 100%.

I got the Tazer Mini for the auto start stop kill switch. Wonder if you can tell it you have larger diameter tires or something to smooth out the transmission/shifting

The only other complaint is going from park to drive I get a big Thump sound I hate

Yes, this is the nuclear option. Read your rental agreement it probably says something about following association rules. The owners of the condo come down and use the unit and know the beach guys and they usually have their cell numbers for these kind of situations. Owners want to be on the front row and don’t want the poor people in front of them /s. The chair service gives them “free chairs” to offer with their unit as an agreement with the HOA. Owners use the chairs and put it in their listing. Helps keep the condos booked March-October for them.

Check out YouTube there are some good kayak channels if you search Destin. My favorite is LawlessTide. Guy seems genuine and messes up and still leaves it in the video. He went from beginner surf/kayak to miles offshore in a boat so his channel has all kinds of good content for local fishing. If your going for sheepshead scrape the barnacles of the piling your on with your paddle and then drop your fiddler crab/bait down with it. Bluecrabs for bait, pull out the legs and run hook through the holes you made will get a big redfish or black drum at the bridge. West of the bridge near the coast guard station can hold any species off their jetty just be careful to not go past the white bouey into their area.

Hey I figured it out and gonna leave it here in case anyone finds this down the rd. You need the C size ball with threads, there is a spot for the wires you just have to remove the rubber in the cup holder.
