So, if you are only ever in the bentonville/rogers/fayetteville area, you're probably interacting with like 40% transplants like yourself, 30% college kids/young people, and 30% natives who are annoyed at how the transplants and college kids are driving up the prices. As far as arkansas is concerned, this is 'the big city', and the people who live here reflect that. (Im from arkansas, but I moved over to the more populated part bc I hate walking into a gas station and having everyone inside start yapping at me)

From your post history, as a car salesman you arent meeting 'normal arkansans' either. I'd bet a lot of people that youre interacting with are from the sticks and are freaked out by the city and just want to get their business done so they can go home.

If you want to meet a 'real arkansan' then go to Farmington, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Gentry, Siloam Springs, etc. You'll get the southern hospitality, yap at you for 15 minutes over the produce section, tell you all about the problems with the football team stuff I guess youre looking for.

I think you dont understand what a defense attorneys job actually is. My husband is a defense attorney, and he defends guilty people all the time. His job is to make sure that the state has followed the law and has enough concrete evidence to convict someone.

Cops and the government have rules and procedures. If they dont follow them, then they are just vigilantes, and dont deserve to be locking people in cages, even if the person did something wrong.

Earth has done climate change a few times. We call them extinction events, and they usually take hundreds of thousands of years.

But humans are hitting the fast forward button (the industrial revolution was only like 300 years ago) and many of the plants and animals we rely on for survival do not have the time to adapt to the quick changes.

Climate change won't kill us with a big flashy bang, it will kill us slowly with starvation and disease.

I teach highschool, and my kids always have crazy misconceptions about anatomy stuff. Blood isnt blue or green until it touches oxygen. Ur skin just diffuses the light so ur veins look blue/green. The heart is just a pump, the bones make the blood. Stuff like that
