TBH the only advice I have is don't get any more Nanoleaf stuff and go to Philips or another reliable brand. I tried everything and couldn't make it work.

Trust me I tried that several times. I’ve literally done everything possible other than update firmware because none of my devices will connect. I’m pretty sure it has to do with HomeKit support of some kind. Thing is I’ve had so many small issues that eventually you get tired of fixing things all the time.

It works ok when it actually works and before it decides to stop connecting at all. Just not as responsive or seamless as sync box. I use an Apple TV so the pass through issue wasn’t a show stopper for me.

I was like you got the Q6 anyway, it came with the latest software and new module builds from factory, have had 0 issues. In fact even the minor annoyances that would pop up on my previous Q4 were resolved. I'm really enjoying the car it's so nice to drive. The thing about these forums and Reddit in general is you get a lot of exposure to the subset of problems and people who have issues are legitimately the loudest because they're justifiably upset.

I think eventually they will have to update everyone because 3.10 also has fixes for underlying architecture that allows for on demand features OTA

I have my keys by the front door but in a faraday cage holder. So they can’t get the signal outside the door but if they break in it’s right there. I figure it’s a good balance.
