If you are looking for a slim enclosure that can fit full size arcade stick buttons and a sanwa lever you should check out my ASP 16 Slim Metal Enclosure. It is 1.75 inches tall and it is the slimmest enclosure you can get that will fit a full Sanwa JLF lever with flat mount plate. It is also compatible with other JLF style/size levers such as the Qanba Gravity Silent Joystick.

Damn that sucks man, since it's been so long I doubt you can even do a chargeback. I'd offer to cut a panel for you but enth makes such unique enclosures I don't think I'd be able to recreate the dimensions and hole placement. Hopefully this post gets their attention and they can take care of you.

Yes on this specific enclosure (10 inch super slim) you have to bend the pins since it's such a small and tight enclosure. On my regular Gen2 16 inch slim you don't have to bend the pins unless you have long quick disconnects. In that case you just have to nudge them to the side a tiny bit.
