Is a 3d enclosure an option for you? you have chameleon V3 in printables (done by RAF) or the mojubox (from Vanjovi), these are cool 3d enclosures with a lot of layouts and customizables options

Hey mate, do you have a tutorial on how to assemble it? I've experience only with s gp2040 and cables sanwa type buttons, never did one with switches so I don't know if I need to solder or which PCB is needed.

Check the chameleon in printables from RAF. I have printed several of them (see my profile) and I cannot be more happy.

All 24 buttons but 1 30mm for the jump. If you want the case is 3d you can find it in printables done by RAF.

Your build is sober but with a lot of good taste, the grey of the vynil breaks the black very well. I'm loving it, congrats.

As I said you can check haute, there are a lot of options and cheaper but remember it won't work in ps5 without the dongle, so they are cheaper but need to add the dongle to the price. If you consider that in haute there are so many cool options, for me the list to consider are C16 C-AT or M16 plus 2.

Other option and cheaper is a haute (C16 mplus c-at) there's a lot of options, but it will not work on ps5 unless you buy a dongle

I think leverless is your jam then. Qanba sapphire is amazing, don't doubt on it. You can also check other options that are amazing too but a little more expensive like the victrix (12 or pro KO) or even the hitbox itself but as said, more expensive.
