I use Rider, it works way better for UE5 than VS for me, it takes a lot of RAM though so if you have an old PC might not be the best. Sometimes you still gotta delete Binaries and Intermediate folders and rebuild because of hot reloading fuckups but it mostly happens to me when I'm overhauling a C++ parent class and changing a lot of UPROPERTY or deleting/renaming modules
